21 Days of Fasting & Prayer Devotional – Day 18: Breakthrough

God is in the business of doing new things! Yet how often do we view our future solely through the lens of past disappointments? It's wise to learn from our mistakes, but dwelling on them can prevent us from fully embracing God's promises.

If you've been praying for breakthrough but feel those promises aren't meant for you, listen up - they ARE for you! God wants to bring new growth and vitality to the wilderness you've been trudging through. As Isaiah declares, "Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert."

Get ready for fresh streams of living water as you passionately seek God's face. Watch and wait expectantly for His goodness. Though you may not see it yet, the new thing He wants to do in you, through you, and around you is on its way!
